What we collect and why

We use your email to send sign-in codes and identify your account. You may save your name, phone number and address to help staff find you, contact you about shop services, and assist with fulfillment. These contact fields are optional. They do not update an existing order, a payment provider or your TCGplayer account.

Staff maintain a separate credit ledger containing customer details and transaction history. A phone number is not proof of identity. Saving one does not link credit or give access to another person's balance. Your phone number is not verified by this website.

No sale of your information

We do not sell your personal information or share it with third parties for their advertising. Saving a profile does not subscribe you to marketing emails, calls or texts.

Event registration

You may optionally save your Bandai TCG+ display name, Bandai player ID and Pokémon Player ID in My account. These private defaults prefill matching registration fields on this site when you are signed in. You can review or change them before submitting. We do not connect to your Bandai or Pokémon account, verify ownership of these IDs, or send them to those services automatically. Saving an ID does not reserve a seat or grant account access. Submitted player details are available to authorized shop staff for registration and check-in.

When you register for a one-off event, we save the player's name, Bandai or Pokémon player ID, your verified account email, the event and entry price, registration status and payment references. Administrators use these records for duplicate checks, check-in, customer service and transaction history. Player IDs and the roster are not public. Entering a player ID does not verify ownership with Bandai or Pokémon or register you in their separate systems.

Square handles the hosted payment page and receives your account email and event purchase details. This website does not collect your payment-card number. We send necessary registration confirmations through Resend; these service emails are separate from marketing preferences. Cancelling an unpaid reservation or removing your optional contact profile does not erase transaction records. Contact the shop about refunds, corrections or records held for event administration.

Saved cards and email updates

As disclosed under the sign-up buttons, new accounts are subscribed to shop news and all nine game newsletters, stock-drop emails and wanted-card alerts. You can turn off any or all topics in My account, or unsubscribe from promotional emails. Returning accounts keep their saved choices; signing in does not reverse an unsubscribe. Newsletter choices never saved before may start selected in My account; confirm and save those choices to subscribe. These choices are separate from service emails. We save your choices, notice version, account wishlist and wanted-card list in the shop database. Administrators can review these lists and send relevant updates through Resend. Text alerts are not active; saving your phone does not authorize promotional texts.

Uncheck all email topics and save to unsubscribe, or use the unsubscribe link in a promotional email without signing in. Sign-in codes and necessary service messages are unaffected. Clear your wanted-card list and save to remove those requests. To clear your account wishlist, empty the browser wishlist, choose “Use this browser's wishlist,” then save. Contact the shop for help removing other records.

Who can access it

You may sign in with Google instead of an emailed code, or explicitly link Google to your existing account. We request only basic sign-in permissions: your name, email and profile. We retain your Google account identifier and verified Google email to recognize that sign-in; changing your Google email does not change your store email. Removing Google sign-in in My account removes that mapping, but does not delete your store account, end an existing store session or disconnect a previous YouTube connection. Email sign-in must be available before removing that method. New accounts use the email subscription policy above. A short-lived secure cookie protects the Google redirect; temporary encrypted authorization requests expire after 10 minutes and are removed during routine cleanup.

Google may provide your name to fill an empty name field for review. We do not request your Google phone number, address or address book. You can type optional contact details or choose your browser's saved autofill information. These fields are sent to the shop when you choose Save contact details after accepting the profile notice. Existing details are not overwritten automatically, and leaving optional fields empty does not prevent sign-in.

The livestream uses YouTube's native video and chat embeds. YouTube handles its own sign-in and may receive browser information such as your IP address and use cookies under its own policies; your store login does not sign you into YouTube. Google store sign-in does not request YouTube permissions or create a channel connection. If you previously linked a channel through our custom chat, its channel ID, name and encrypted credentials are retained for up to 30 days, subject to earlier removal. My account offers removal of that previous connection and requests Google revocation. If revocation fails, or to manage any earlier permissions, use Google account connections. Removal does not delete previously posted public messages. See Google's privacy policy and YouTube's terms.

Site chat is public and separate from social-platform chats. Only your chosen nickname, a short account identifier and message appear publicly; your email, phone and address are not included. Use a nickname, not contact details. Chat messages expire from public view after 24 hours and are removed during routine cleanup; the feed retains at most 200 messages. Staff can remove messages or temporarily mute accounts to prevent abuse.

You can view and edit your own contact profile after verified account sign-in. Authorized staff can search customer contacts and view saved addresses for shop services. Cloudflare hosts the website, API and database; Resend delivers service emails; Google provides optional sign-in and YouTube authorization. These providers process information needed to provide their services. We may disclose information when legally required or necessary to protect against fraud.

Credit balances are changed only through authorized staff tools. Access controls and encrypted connections help protect information, but no online service can promise absolute security. Never send passwords, payment card numbers, identity documents or sign-in codes in your profile.

Your choices and removal

Use “Remove saved player details” in My account, or clear individual fields and save, to remove optional player defaults. This does not change or erase previously submitted registrations, check-in information or payment records. Player defaults are stored in the shop database, not browser storage.

In My account, you can correct or clear optional fields and save again, or choose “Remove my saved contact details” to remove the contact profile from the active database. This does not close your sign-in access or erase credit, order, quote or other business records. Copies may remain temporarily in provider backups.

Contact the shop to request a copy, correction or deletion of other personal information. We will verify your identity first. Records needed for transactions, disputes, security or legal obligations may need to be retained. Optional profile details remain until you remove them or request removal.

Browser storage and other services

When automatic Google reviews are enabled, our server requests public review information from Google Maps Platform for this shop. We display review text, ratings and available author attribution with links to Google Maps. This request does not include your store account, email, phone or mailing address. Loading an author's image or following a Google link connects your browser to Google, which may receive information such as your IP address. Google's handling of that information is governed by Google's Privacy Policy, incorporated here for those Google services. Our website terms describe the Google Maps terms and review selection.

This site uses browser storage for sign-in sessions, cart items, preferences and saved cards. The contact form does not save your address or phone in browser storage. TCGplayer checkout and external platforms have their own privacy practices. Leaving this website does not transfer your saved contact profile to them.

Children and changes

Online contact profiles are for people aged 13 or older. If you believe a child under 13 has submitted a profile, contact us so we can address it. We will update the date on this notice when it changes.

Using the site

Use this site for shop information, your own account and authorized purchases or registrations. Do not access another person's account, misuse staff tools or interfere with the site. Contact the shop if information appears incorrect.

Google Maps and reviews

Google Maps features and content are subject to the Google Maps/Google Earth Additional Terms of Service, which are incorporated into these terms for your use of those services. Google's handling of information is covered by Google's Privacy Policy; see our privacy notice for this site's practices.

Our automatic Google review highlights show only five-star reviews returned by Google, in Google's relevance order. This is a filtered selection, not a complete review history or an overall rating. Author and source links are provided with the reviews. Use the Google Maps link to read other reviews or report a concern through Google. Review availability may vary with provider availability and request limits.

Payments and third-party services

Square handles payments for eligible shop purchases and event registrations. TCGplayer purchases remain separate. Review the item, delivery method, event details and final total before paying. Contact the shop about order corrections, cancellation or refunds. External services have their own applicable terms and privacy policies.
