How do I buy a card I see here?
The Shop shows our inventory; discovery and the free simulator also show cards we do not stock. Look for In Stock Now, then open the listing to check condition and availability. Physical purchases are separate from the simulator. Local? Call (513) 222-2573 to ask about pickup.
How do you grade card condition?
Check each listing's condition: NM (near mint), LP (lightly played), MP (moderately played), HP (heavily played), or DMG (damaged). Have a question about a card or an order? Email toploadedtcg@gmail.com.
Can you hold a card for me?
Call (513) 222-2573 during opening hours to check availability and ask about a hold before heading over.
How does selling a collection work?
Bring your cards to the shop during opening hours for an in-person offer, or use Get a Quote to send collection details and photo links ahead of your visit. The shop reviews requests personally; there is no automatic price estimator. Final offers depend on seeing the cards and their condition.
What's the store credit bonus?
Take any buylist or trade offer as store credit instead of cash and we add 10% on top. Credit is tracked on your account at the register — just give your name or phone number at the counter.
When and where is the card show?
The first Saturday or Sunday of every month, 10 AM to 4 PM at the Hilton Cincinnati Airport, 7373 Turfway Rd, Florence, KY. Admission is free; vendors set up from 8 AM.

Once a month we fill the Hilton's Triple Crown Ballroom, pre-function room, and business center on Turfway Road with vendors from across the Tri-State. Buy, sell, trade, and rip packs — admission is free and the doors are open 10 to 4.

Post only claims the host has confirmed. Use public handles, never email addresses or shipping information. For checkout, attach the exact Square item variation (including condition/printing) and set aside that physical card. Square tracks inventory when the catalog sale completes; a TCGplayer listing needs its authorized connector or a staff adjustment.
Payments are not activated yet.
Send this private link only to the confirmed buyer. It opens their stream purchase in the cart; anyone with this link can access that claim's checkout. Links expire after seven days and are never shown on the public board.

Card show floor plan
Build the actual show layout: select a booth to edit, drag it to move, or use its arrow keys. TCG, Sports and Mixed percentages count vendor booths, not floor area. Keep aisles, exits and other required clearances open; this editor does not certify a safe or venue-approved layout.
The full show draft includes perimeter tables and four inner ballroom rows, with two vendor-only aisles and three customer aisles. The 14 outer tables, three ballroom doors, four pillars, seating and ATM remain on the same map. Table counts need organizer confirmation. TL2–TL4 and Trades form Top Loaded’s booth; Trades occupies the former TL1 position. Restore outer run replaces missing tables in the organizer’s annotated positions. Lobby and restaurant are context, not vendor space. Save publishes only when the backend is connected.
